The full-scale simulator of the power unit No. 4 of the 800 MW CCGT unit at Perm GRES, developed with the participation of employees of Incontrol LLC, was put into trial operation.
The simulator of the Perm GRES power unit No. 4 is based on a full-fledged SPPA-T3000 distributed control system, with the necessary software settings that implement the work of the instructor interface and the emulation environment. The model of automation servers is implemented on the basis of SPPA-S3000 software. The process model is based on ANYCAD.
The scope of simulation for the simulator of the power unit No. 4 at the Perm GRES included all the main and auxiliary equipment of the power unit, water treatment and water chemistry equipment, as well as electrical equipment, including ORU-220 and ORU-500.
In total, an emulation of about 20 automation servers, 25,000 hardware and software inputs/outputs, OPC, IEC 60870, Modbus, etc. digital protocols is implemented.
The simulator implements 3 workplaces of operation personnel with an automated workplace identical to those used at the prototype power unit, an instructor's automated workplace, and a workman’s workplace with models of devices controlled in reality manually.
